Level Up Competition only collects the data needed to run your account and the competition.
What we collect
Account: email, name, and for studios, phone and address. Personalized schedule preferences. Alert subscriptions (email, in-app, Web Push). Messages sent via the Support form (and optionally info@levelupcompetition.ca).
How we use it
We use this data to authenticate your account, manage studio registrations, show your schedule, send stage alerts / transactional email confirmations, and respond to your requests.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. You can request deletion of your account and related data.
Your rights
You can access your information, update it in your dashboard, or ask us to delete it.
